Scopello Capital Partners acquires workforce housing communities in the 60–200 unit range across California, Nevada, and Arizona. Integrated Operating Platform

Execution is supported by an integrated operating platform overseeing more than 12,000 units across the western United States. In-house management and construction capabilities provide operational control and eliminate the misalignment that often occurs when third-party operators manage investments on behalf of passive sponsors.
